5. Sam Hoskins
The goal was reward for the endeavour and effort he plays with every week. It's exactly what you want your wing-back to be doing too - popping up at the back post to get on the end of a cross from the other side. Not many wing-backs can finish like that though. 6. Jack Perkins
He's improved every week but this was undoubtedly his best performance for the club so far. Incredibly lively and so sharp in nicking the ball back on numerous occasions, none more so than when anticipating brilliantly to read Connolly's free-kick and set Cobblers away for the decisive moment of the contest. 7. Dean Campbell
Covers ground so well and does the things a sitting midfielder should do. Screens the defence, breaks up play and uses the ball intelligently. Orient very rarely played through Cobblers and were often forced to go wide or long, which was meat and drink to the back three... 8 Photo: Pete Norton

8. Terry Taylor
Cobblers were all over Orient for 25 minutes and that was largely down to the way he and Campbell dominated in midfield and constantly picked up second balls. Probably not a coincidence that Town have gone up a level since he came into the side. Dovetails nicely with those around him... 8 Photo: Pete Norton
