9. Tyler Roberts
Straight in for his debut and showed why with a classy display, despite some obvious rustiness. Three times he won possession high up and set Cobblers away on the break, including for the early goal. 10. Sam Hoskins
Won and scored the early penalty for his first of the season. Dispatched it with confidence but it wasn't to be the spark that either he or the team were hoping for... 6 Photo: Pete Norton
11. Callum Morton
Made the right decision when slipping in Hoskins for the penalty but took too many touches when first played through and then didn't spot Roberts in the middle after rounding Ravizzoli. Had so little chance against Wycombe's giant centre-halves... 6 Photo: Pete Norton
12. Luke Mbete
Did a better job against McCleary, though was still beaten once or twice. Good chance he'll be first-choice at left-back when fully fit... 6 Photo: Pete Norton
