His bursts down the left flank were essentially Town's only form of attacking threat in the first-half. Continued to get forward after the break before making way with 20 to go. Perhaps a surprising substitution with Pinnock dropping deeper but Cobblers did then proceed to have their best spell of the game... 7

Arguably the only one to play to anywhere near his best in the first 45 minutes. His scampering and scurrying, both on and off the ball, injected some sorely-needed impetus into the team. Helped sustain pressure late on by switching play effectively and recycling possession... 7.5 CHRON STAR MAN
