Town produced an encouraging display at Sincil Bank but came away pointless despite Danny Rose's spectacular overhead-kick. Here are our player ratings...
5. Nesta Guinness-Walker
Played well again. Superb block diverted Hamilton's shot away from the bottom corner. Was untroubled in the second half until Roberts' red card put the team under pressure... 7 Photo: Pete Norton
6. Ben Fox
Not quite at the same level as his recent performances, perhaps partly due to fatigue, which may also have explained his half-time withdrawal... 6 Photo: Pete Norton
7. Samy Chouchane
Struggled to establish himself physically in midfield, particularly in the first half when he was out-muscled on several occasions. Improved after the break but soon made way for Sowerby... 6 Photo: Pete Norton
8. Cameron McGeehan
Teed up Fosu for a half chance and made a number of those trademark runs into the box but wasn't found, bar one moment in the second half when his flick was easy for Wickens... 6 Photo: Pete Norton
