Just over 1,000 fans were permitted entry, the first time they've been allowed in since March 7 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Here are some of Pete Norton's best snaps from the day...

A smattering of Cobblers supporters make the walk down to the stadium for the first time in nine months.

Signs like this were on display all around the ground, reminding people to wash their hands and maintain social distancing. A one-way system was also in place to guide fans around the stadium.

Stewards were dotted around the North and West stands to ensure fans followed the one-way system and stayed in their seats until after full-time.
