Jon Brady has been hard at work rebuilding and reshaping his squad for Sky Bet League Two next season. Keep track of what happened and when with our guide to all the ins and outs at Sixfields here...
9. OUT: Cian Bolger (mutual) - May 27
Informed by Brady that he did not feature in his plans next season and so the experienced centre-back chose not to trigger an option in his contract to extend his stay at Sixfields and therefore departed the club.
10. IN: Nicke Kabamba (Kilmarnock) - June 2
28-year-old striker was first through the door and he would be just one of four players to make the trip from Scotland to Sixfields.
11. IN: Mitch Pinnock (Kilmarnock) - June 8
The pacey winger followed Kabamba from Rugby Park to Sixfields, also penning a two-year deal with the Cobblers. Has previously played for AFC Wimbledon and wouldn't be the last 26-year-old to join Town this summer.
12. OUT: Lloyd Jones (Cambridge) - June 8
At the same time Pinnock joined Cobblers, Jones was signing for Cambridge. Defender had impressed last season but turned down a new deal in favour of staying in League One, agreeing a one-year contract at the newly-promoted U's.
