Nolan's hand is forced somewhat in forward positions due to the lack of options but Elliott List could start, possibly instead of Michael Jacobs. At the back, Jordan Willis, Max Dyche and Jack Baldwin will be vying for a starting place, as will Conor McCarthy and Nesta Guinness-Walker if they are deemed fit enough.
