Former Cobblers defender Fraser Horsfall will miss tonight’s meeting with his old club after he was sent off at the weekend.

The stand-in County skipper, who also captained Northampton on multiple occasions during his time at Sixfields, was sent off for two yellow cards as Stockport were pegged back to a 1-1 draw at Charlton Athletic on Saturday.

Horsfall played exactly 100 games across two seasons for the Cobblers and had started every league game for Stockport this season. He was named the club’s Player of the Month for September.

Will Collar, Tyler Onyango, Ryan Rydel, Kyle Knoyle and Macauley Southam-Hales are also all unlikely to feature for the hosts due to various injury issues.
