Jack Sowerby and Mitch Pinnock scored the all-important goals as City's ninth-month unbeaten run at home came to an end. Here are our player ratings....
9. Paul Lewis
Missed two decent chances prior to Sowerby's opener, the first was an awkward height but he should have done better with the second. However, his useful habit of winning free-kicks proved invaluable when it led to the winning goal... 7.5
10. Mitch Pinnock
He essentially played as a second striker for most of this game. Combined regularly with Koiki and missed a great chance to double the lead before half-time, but more than made amends by deftly flicking in a late free-kick to win it... 7.5
11. Danny Rose
Put himself about as he always does and made himself a real nusiance in the first-half as Cobblers frequently threatened, setting up Pinnock with an excellent pass. Second period was all about his off the ball work. Contested and won so many aerial duels... 7.5
12. Jordan Flores
Struggled to get a foothold as a half-time replacement but that was largely because of the conditions and the way the game played out. Not happy to be substituted himself in the final few minutes... 6
