Cobblers unveil white Nike away kit for next season

The future is white for the Cobblers... or at least it will be when they hit the road next season.

The club have revealed their new away kit for the 2016/17 season, and it is a very smart white shirt, with black trim on the shoulders and under the arms - and it is available to buy now.

The kit is completed with black shorts and white socks, and is the first to be produced by the club’s new kit partners Nike.

Supporters can order the new kit online immediately, or they can take a trip to the refurbished club shop on Wednesday and buy a shirt from there.

A club statement read: “Northampton Town Football Club, Nike and Just Sport Group are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new 2016/17 away kit.

“It is on sale online from 9pm on Tuesday, June 7 at http://ntfc.clubstore.co.uk and available in store at Sixfields from 11am on Wednesday, June 8. Please note you will be required to create a new account on the new online store.

“The Northampton Town club store has recently undergone a refit over the last few weeks, and will open its doors for the first time on Wednesday, stocking a host of new Nike training and leisurewear alongside accessories and of course the brand new away kit.

“The new white away shirt features a stand-up collar with 2-button placket, a warp-knit mesh back to aid ventilation and is made from Nike’s latest Dri-FIT materials.

“The shirt is complemented with black shorts and white socks.”

An adult shirt is priced at £45, with a youth shirt (XL Boys) £40 and a junior shirt £36.

The Cobblers have also revealed that the new home kit for the 2016/17 season will be launched as part of a club open day at Sixfields, which will be staged on Saturday, July 23.

Further details on that event will be released in due course.

New 2016/17 away kit pricing:

Junior away shirt £36; youth away shirt (XLB) £40; adult away shirt £45

Junior shorts £16.75; youth shorts £17.50; adult shorts £20

Socks £8.50-£10

You can also personalise your away shirt with the brand new EFL shirt printing for £12.95 (any name and number). You can also complete the look with the new official EFL League One sleeve patches for £6 per pair. Please note we can only apply these EFL patches to shirts intended to be worn by those over the age of 18.
