Cobblers injury update - latest on Jack Perkins, Connor Evans, Janoi Donacien and Elliott List
Cobblers trio Janoi Donacien, Elliott List and Connor Evans will all be assessed ahead of Tuesday’s game against Crawley Town, but Jack Perkins ‘needs a little bit of time’ after picking up a knee injury.
List, Evans and Perkins were missing from the matchday squad when Northampton made the trip to Gillingham on Saturday, all absent for various reasons, while Donacien came off in the second half.

“We’ve picked up a few bumps,” said manager Chris Hogg. “Connor Evans had a back spasm on Thursday so he should be fine, that just needs to settle down. Hopefully it clears up over the weekend.
“But Jack Perkins will need a little bit of time for his knee. He rocked it a little bit when he was doing some running after the game the other day. We’re still assessing that in terms of a timescale.
“Listy was just a bit tight in training on Friday and again we need to assess him and see how he is over the next few days.”
Donacien was replaced by Max Dyche midway through the second half as Cobblers drew 1-1 with Gillingham on Saturday.
Hogg added: “Janoi just felt a little bit of tightness but it was more precautionary so we’ll assess him and see how he looks for Tuesday. “
