Mickel Miller and Jack Sowerby both look likely to miss tomorrow's game at Fleetwood Town after being sent for scans on their respective hamstring and knee injuries.

Miller trudged off with a hamstring problem after 36 minutes at Lincoln City on Saturday before Sowerby took a knock to the knee early in the second-half.

"We're waiting to get the results of their assessments from Nacho (Herrando, physio)," said Curle. "The first port of call is for Nacho to take a look at them.

"But Nacho can't see what's going on inside the body so the natural progression is then for them to go and have a scan to get more information.

"Scans are not always 100 per cent correct but it gives you a clearer indication if you can see exactly what's going on.

"Somebody could have a small tear but in actual fact they're able to train and able to play on so every individual is different."

Meanwhile, defender Alan Sheehan is inching closer to a return after missing Saturday's game.

"Alan has returned back to field-based training but he doesn't need a lot of training," Curle added. "We just need to make sure everything is working and everything is in order ahead of a lot of games in a short space of time.

"If we only had two or three games of the season left, Alan would put his boots on and play. But we have 20 odd games to go and when Alan comes back, he wants to play in all of those."
