"I'm all good. It's obviously a difficult situation and not one that any of us want to be in but it's good at my end and the family's well. We're just isolating together and cracking on with it for now - that's all you can do at the moment.

"I'm letting my hair grow out. It's probably the longest it's been in years and I've also decided to keep my beard. I'm someone who usually gets a haircut quite often but I thought I might as well leave it for now - at least while no one can see me!

"Once this is all over, that's definitely one of the first things I'll be doing, that's for sure. That first haircut will be a nice feeling.

"I was also watching Callum (Morton) on FIFA. I kept an eye on his progress and he was doing OK. To be honest I'm not sure who the top FIFA players are in our group because I've not played many of them but Callum did well, albeit he didn't get as far as he wanted.

"It was also nice to get the surprise of being named in the FIFA League Two Team of the Season. That's a good achievement and something to be proud of.

"The situation at the moment is unusual for us as players. We've never been in this position before and you can't plan for it but we're in contact with the staff and we've got a fitness programme in place.

"We're doing that every week and we also all get along really well as a squad so we've built some close friendships. There's always banter flying around on the group chat and we're staying in good contact and we're all looking forward to getting back together again soon."
