Ansu on target as Cogenhoe get their UCL campaign off to a winning start
Striker Nat Ansu scored the only goal of the game on 29 minutes, heading home a Michael Cirelli corner, to ensure the Cooks made it two wins out of two, following on from their FA Cup success last week.
The Cooks are back in premier division action on Tuesday night when they make the trip to a a Rugby Town side that will be on a high following their 6-0 win at Pinchbeck on Saturday.

Hide AdON Chenecks returned from their opener at Rothwell Corinthians with a hard-earned 1-1 draw.
Ben Lewington was on target in the 30th minute for the Chens, who on Wednesday will play their first home game of the season when they host Anstey Nomads.
Nomads started their season with a 2-1 win over Holbeach.
In division one, Sileby Rangers suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Bourne Town as they got their league campaign off to a disappointing start.
The visitors took the lead on 17 minutes through Thomas Russell, and although Sileby levelled just before the break thanks to a Jake Watkinson goal, Russell won it for Bourne on the hour.
Bugbrooke travelled to St Andrew's FC and claimed a 3-2 win, while Long Buckby's opener at Burton Park Wanderers was postponed.
