Cobblers take on the Robins over two legs from Thursday with a Wembley final awaiting the winners. Here's a closer look at Town's semi-final opponents...
1. Manager
Michael Duff. Made more than 300 appearances for Cheltenham as a player and was appointed manager in September 2018, his first foray into management following two years as an academy coach at Burnley.
2. League position
Cheltenham were fifth when the season was suspended but had played a game less than most of their rivals. They finished fourth once PPG was applied by the EFL, setting up a play-off clash against the Cobblers.
3. Form before lockdown
The Robins were in fine form before the season was suspended and looked to be closing in on the automatic promotion spots. They had won five of their last six, including a 2-1 victory over the Cobblers.
4. Top scorer
Ryan Broom is undoubtedly the man to look out for. He leads the way for both goals and assists in the league this season, racking up eight and six respectively.
