It’s important to look after your skin while shaving - and Cremo have got just the products you need.

The sun has finally come out, and that means it’s time to get your skin spring/summer ready with a fresh shave.

The good news is, Cremo have got everything you need to give yourself the smooth, hair-free skin you want.

If you’re anything like me, you’ll be so excited about the sun coming out you’ll just be thinking about getting rid of hair as quicky as possible - but Cremo have taught me that there’s more to shaving than just using a razor.

It’s also important to make sure that you treat your skin properly pre and post shave to avoid irritation and any cuts and nicks and leave you with the silky skin you are hoping for.

Before you shave, you need to apply a shaving cream to the area; Cremo have two options, an original shaving cream and also a cooling shaving cream. As the weather is getting warner, I’m going to opt for the cooling shaving cream as I think it will feel extra refreshing as well as doing a practical job.

Cremo do, of course, have a razor - a tortoiseshell razor, which I have to say looks very fashionable. It is equipped with five blades and a special triple comfort coating, so will give you that all-important close shave while continuing to care for your skin.

After you have finished, it’s time to apply Cremo’s post-shave balm. This helps protect skin from shaving irritation, dryness and razor burn. In addition the post-shave balm, which contains shea butter, baobab seed oil, and tamanu seed oil, will soothe and hydrate the skin - an extra added benefit for me at this time of year as I do find my skin dries out quicker in the sun.

I’ll be giving Cremo a go this spring, and will be ordering the cooling shaving cream, along with the tortoiseshell razor and the post-shave balm. The great news is Cremo is offering 25% off all shaving products until March 10 with the code SHAVE25.

I’m really looking forward to adding Cremo products to my beauty routine, so my skin can be ready for the sun. Use code SHAVE25 at checkout for 25% off until March 10.
