Amazon shoppers snap up 5,000 bags a month as Hardys compost falls to £13.66
Gardeners looking to refresh flower beds, planters and pots can currently save on a bestselling bag of compost, with Amazon reducing the Hardys 60L Multi Purpose Compost to £13.66 from its £16.99 recommended retail price.
The limited-time deal saves shoppers £3.33, representing a 20% discount. According to Amazon, more than 5,000 bags have been bought in the past month, while the compost also holds a strong 4.5-star rating from more than 4,100 customer reviews. The discounted Hardys 60L Multi Purpose Compost is suitable for everything from sowing seeds to potting indoor plants and filling outdoor containers.
Designed as an all-purpose compost, the Hardys compost can be used across a wide variety of gardening jobs without the need to buy specialist mixes. Whether you're planting flowers, herbs, vegetables or houseplants, the nutrient-rich compost is intended to support healthy root development and plant growth.
The generous 60-litre bag provides enough compost for multiple pots, hanging baskets and planter beds, making it a practical choice for anyone tackling seasonal gardening projects. At around 23p per litre, the Hardys compost deal could also help gardeners stock up while keeping costs down.
For those growing plants indoors, the compost can be used when repotting houseplants that have outgrown their containers. Outdoors, it's suitable for refreshing borders, raised beds and patio pots, helping create the right growing conditions for a range of plants throughout the season.
While the compost contains nutrients to help support plant growth, heavier-feeding plants may require additional fertiliser later in the growing season. As with any compost, watering, sunlight and ongoing plant care will all influence the final results.
For gardeners wanting a versatile compost that can be used throughout the home and garden, the Hardys 60L Multi Purpose Compost is available for £13.66 here while the current limited-time discount remains available.
