Clara has launched in the UK with big Boots discounts, and early testing suggests these styling tools punch above their price

Hair tool brand Clara arrived in style in the UK this month and to mark its debut Boots is offering some stellar deals. If you're looking to upgrade your styling arsenal, this brand is worth getting excited about.

One standout product from Clara's UK launch is the Clara Anti Frizz Ionic Slim Hot Brush, £150 down to £100 in the Boots Save 1/3rd offer.

Unlike bulkier hot brushes, this has a slim, manoeuvrable barrel that works just as well on shorter lengths and fringes as it does on long hair. The result is a smooth, blown-out finish without the heaviness or over-curl that some hot brushes can leave behind.

Ionic technology is what makes the difference (it basically breaks down water molecules faster than usual). Hair looks noticeably sleeker after just one pass, and is particularly impressive on naturally frizz-prone or dry hair.

The three adjustable heat settings (180°C–220°C) make it easy to tailor styling to your hair type, while the rotating barrel helps add movement and soft bends rather than poker-straight results.

There’s no juggling multiple tools, and no fear of heat damage thanks to the built-in safety layer. I'm so taken by it that it's earned a permanent spot on my dressing table.

The brand's ethos is to simplify hair styling routines and in addition to the Ionic Slim Hot Brush, fans are already leaving top ratings for other tools in the range: The Clara Oil Coated Protective Auto Curler is now £93.80 at Boots, down from £140.

This automatic hair curler sets out to deliver salon-style results without burns or tangles. Its ceramic oil-coated curling chamber protects your hair while leaving it smooth, shiny, and frizz-free. The tool has three heat settings and is suitable for fine, medium, or thick hair.

The Clara Anti Frizz Platinum Ionic Straightener is now priced £80.70, with a third off its usual price of £120. Designed with advanced cold air technology and an ionic anti-frizz system, it protects your hair while delivering salon-quality results.

The platinum-coated flat iron ensures smooth roots, shiny lengths, and long-lasting styles. I've yet to try these straighteners but one online Boots shopper said: "They heat up fast and leave my hair sleek without feeling dry. Such good value compared to pricier brands.”

The Clara Hot Brush 2-in-1 Dryer & Thermal Styling Brush is now £60.30, down from £90. With hot and cold air settings, an ionic generator, and a lightweight design, this heated brush styler offers three airflow and heat settings – cold, hot, and extra hot, to suit every hair type.

And it features 1000W power, creating strong airflow for fast results with less heat damage.

Finally you can pick up the Clara Ionic Shine Boost Power Blow Dryer for £93.80, down from £140. This is a lightweight yet high-performance ionic blow dryer built with the latest technology.

With 2000 watts of power, three heat and speed settings, and a cool shot button, it delivers faster drying, smoother styling, and long-lasting results.
