'Vulnerable' man wandering on dual carriageway is causing congestion near Northampton
Police are trying to dissuade a man from endangering himself and other traffic near Northampton.
The man is reportedly weaving in and out of traffic on foot on the A43, near the Moulton roundabout.
As a result, traffic has slowed significantly and is queuing for about a mile in both directions.
