Passengers warned to check before travelling from Northampton Railway Station this weekend due to engineering works
Passengers are warned to check before travelling from Northampton Railway Station this weekend due to engineering works.
The works are taking place near London Euston on Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19 and an amended service will be in place across the weekend.
London Northwestern Railway (LNR), which operates trains to and from Northampton, have said that train services between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central/Northampton will run to a slightly amended timetable on Saturday.
On Sunday, until 08.45am, train services between London Euston and Northampton will run between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central only.

The 07.24am London Euston to Birmingham New Street service will run between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central and between Northampton and Birmingham New Street only. Rail replacement buses will operate between Milton Keynes Central and Northampton. The operator said “replacement vehicles may be busier than usual, and you should allow extra time for your journey”.
LNR also added that all weekend train services between London Euston and Birmingham New Street/Crewe “may depart slightly earlier from/arrive slightly later at London Euston”.
The operator is urging passengers to check before they travel, using the National Rail Enquiries website.
