Main road into Northampton closed off after cyclist is injured in crash
A cyclist had to be taken taken to hospital after colliding with a car on a main road into Northampton this morning.
Billing Road East was shut for around 45 minutes from around 7am, while emergency services attended the scene.
The collision took place near the roundabout where Billing Road East and Wisteria Way.
A police spokeswoman said the cyclist was "taken to hospital with arm injuries" though those injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
