Police seize samurai blade from Northampton home
Officers have arrested a man in Northampton after he was found in possession of a large knife.
The samurai-style blade was seized on Saturday, February 25 by the Northampton Proactive Team, a selection of police officers who specialise in arresting suspected dangerous felons and drug dealers.
The team tweeted: 'Weapon seized after being used in crime in Northampton. Male arrested. #StopKnifeCrime @ANTIKNIFEUK prevent'
More weapons, including a hammer and a knife were also seized by the team that day.
