Person airlifted to hospital from scene of accident in Northampton
A person has been flown to hospital with serious injuries after a collision on Upton Way.
Emergency services were called to the scene at about 2.10pm followiing a crash involving a car and motorbike.
The collision took place near the High Street roundabout.
An air ambulance helicopter attended and took one casualty to hospital in Coventry with serious injuries.
Long queues of traffic on nearby roads has resulted from the accident.
