Victim named following fatal crash on Northamptonshire road

Northamptonshire Police have named the 46-year-old man who died following a crash in the county on Friday night.

Nathan Maycock of Poplar Place, Wollaston, was driving a white Ford Focus which was involved in the collision at the junction of Gipsy Lane and Wollaston Road in Irchester at about 5.35pm on December 11.

Members of the public and paramedics gave Mr Maycock first aid but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are appealing for anyone with information or dash cam footage of the incident to contact them on 101 or by calling the Drivewatch hotline on 0800 174615.
