Thousands take last chance to get up close and personal with dinosaurs in Northampton

Families flocked in their thousands to bid a fond farewell to dinosaurs which have spent the last two-and-a-half weeks lurking outside one of Northampton’s favourite historic houses. Dinosaurs in the Park shut up shop on Sunday (August 7) but plenty of locals made sure they got a good send off.

Multi-award-winning palaeontologist, author and presenter, Dr Dean Lomax was on hand to give some expert help.
