Now he has co-written and recorded his debut single entitled Déjà Vu.

Benji said: “Déjà Vu is about being in an on-off relationship which turns very toxic.

“The opening lyrics - ‘I’ve been doing fine without you, I know how to, so what about you’ - states that I’ve learnt to live without this person and I’m attempting to find something new, but I just keep getting pulled back.”

The song, which will be released tomorrow and was written by Benji and producer, songwriter Ben Stancombe, is described as ‘effortlessly flowing jam’ with lyrics ‘that cut deep’.

Benji added: “Music has always been a part of my life.

“My sister has been successful in the music industry and I’ve always looked up to her and wanted to do the same thing.

“I started YouTube when I was 16 and I gigged around Milton Keynes doing events here and there.

“I remember getting my first follow and I was so shocked, my following went from 100 followers to what it is now at 12,000.”

Benji also launched his own merchandise line with the quote ‘you don’t really know me’, which sold out in five minutes.

The artist’s debut single, Déjà Vu, will be released on Friday (March 6) on Spotify, AppleMusic, Amazon Music and iTunes.
