Motorcyclist dies following collision on A45 between Wellingborough and Northampton
A motorcyclist has died following a collision on the A45 between Wellingborough and Northampton today (Sunday, February 22)
Northants Police are appealing for witnesses to the fatal crash on the westbound A45 between Great Doddington and Earls Barton.
Officers are asking for dash-cam footage from any road users who may have footage of the black Triumph motorcycle.
A spokesman for Northants Police said: “A 65-year-old man riding a black Triumph motorcycle sadly died following the collision at about 9.15am today (Sunday, February 22)
“Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision, have seen the rider, or have travelled along that route at the relevant time.
“Dash-cam footage is sought from these road users.
“Anyone with information is asked to email [email protected] or call the Drive Watch Hotline on 0800 174615, or Northamptonshire Police on 101.”
