Management reportedly introduced five electric generators on Thursday as a temporary solution, but hundreds of residents were left without power for nearly 24 hours in the meantime.

Billing Aquadrome's operator, Pure Leisure, has now confirmed that mains power was restored at 9.15pm on August 21, after 52 hours.

A spokesperson said: "There was an interruption to the supply of power into Billing Aquadrome Holiday Park on August 19.

"We have worked with Western Power and our retained electrical contractors to locate and resolve the issue... We updated our holiday home owners and guests throughout as we progressed with the work.

"We would like to take the opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank everyone for their patience, support and understanding."
