Family tribute to 'fun, caring and incredibly kind' mum who died after Sywell caravan park incident
The family of the woman who died in Sywell have said she was a ‘beautiful person inside and out’.
A murder investigation into the death of 62-year-old Sue Lumsden, 62, was launched by Northants Police on Monday (August 24).
Her family have described her as a ‘caring and incredibly kind mum who loved to laugh’.
In the tribute issued via Northants Police, Sue’s family said: “Mum was a beautiful person inside and out — fun, bubbly, caring and incredibly kind. She loved to laugh and had a special way of making those around her smile. Her warmth and loving nature touched so many lives.

“We have chosen this photo because it captures her happy spirit and the person she truly was — full of love, laughter and life.
“Above all, she was a wonderful mum and a much-loved ‘Nanny Sue’, sister, auntie and friend. She was deeply cherished by her family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kindness, laughter and loving nature will always be remembered.
“Mum will be missed more than words can say, but the love she gave, the laughter she shared and the memories we made together will remain in our hearts forever. She was truly special and will always be loved.”
A 72-year old man arrested on suspicion of murder, remains in custody.
