The Pop-Up Partners team held a previous event at Wicksteed Park
A Burton Latimer events organiser has invited potential stall holders to get in touch to take part in a Northampton pop-up food shopping event to be held at the end of the month.
Organiser, Lauren Steeples from Pop-Up Partners is organising an outdoor chalet market with producers selling their wares of local food and drink at the Waterside Campus.
The Market will take place in wooden chalet style huts and food vans on the Senate Lawn with a wide selection of suppliers for hot takeaway food, sweet treats and foodie finds.
Lauren has teamed-up with Richard Butler to diversify their wedding-related businesses that were hard hit during the Covid pandemic and long periods of lockdown - Lauren owns Only Doing it Once whilst Richard's Something Borrowed Event Hire is based in Wellingborough.
She said: "Visitors to Northampton's Riverside Campus will be able to pick up some goodies at a pop-up shopping event. We are delighted to be able to bring local food and drink suppliers and producers to the Waterside Campus in Northampton.
"We also provide work experience opportunities for students on the Events Management course at the University of Northampton, of which a student has been assigned to supporting with this market, so it’s great to be hosting this event and also bringing visitors to the University campus."
The food market takes place at The Waterside campus from April 30 to May 2 from 11am to 7pm.
No strangers to organising events, Pop-Up Partners' last venture was a successful Christmas market at Wicksteed Park.
Lauren added: "We have a range of suppliers coming for this weekend event, our recently refurbished cabins and a selection of food vans and trailers will be there with a variety of products on offer, from hot takeaway food, sweet treats and foodie finds.
