The proposal at 1 Derby Road, Northampton, would change the dwelling from Use Class C3 to a Use Class C4 HMO for six occupants and includes a single‑storey rear and side extension. The application (2026/0629/FULL) will be considered alongside other recent submissions published by the council on March 5, 2026.
