This time magistrates jailed Mlynovskis for a total of 22 weeks — adding a further ten weeks to the original sentence for his "flagrant disregard for court orders."
He was also banned from driving for a further 57 months, until February 2026 and ordered to pay a £128 surcharge to fund victim services.
Mlynovskis admitted having no insurance and wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty on May 3.
