The latest ratings, issued following inspections by food safety officers, highlight businesses where improvements were found to be necessary.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) says a food hygiene rating reflects the standards of food hygiene found on the date of an inspection by the local authority. It is not a guide to food quality.
The scheme gives businesses a rating from five to zero, which is displayed at their premises and online to help people make more informed choices about where to buy and eat food.
According to the FSA, two stars means “improvement necessary”, while three stars is classed as “generally satisfactory”. One star means “major improvement is necessary” and zero stars means “urgent improvement is necessary”.
