As the weekend is finally here, you might want to treat yourself to a couple of drinks with loved ones and there are plenty of places to choose from across Northampton.

5. The Smoke Pit
The Smoke Pit’s extensive cocktail menu contains many unique combinations and their drinks go down a treat with visitors. 6. Turtle Bay
National bar and restaurant chain Turtle Bay is known for its Caribbean cocktail menu. Two-for-one cocktails are available on the same drink during happy hour, which you can make the most of everyday until 6.30pm and again from 9pm until the venue closes. 7. Zapato Lounge
Zapato Lounge’s drinks menu features a variety of cocktails, with a range of both classic and innovative flavours. These span across spritzes, martinis, frozen cocktails, and gin, rum and vodka bases. 8. Old House
This quintessential pub, restaurant and beer garden, which underwent an extensive renovation last year, has more than 20 cocktails to choose from. Open from lunch until late, you can enjoy your cocktails when dining in their restaurant or orangery, watching sports in the bar, or relaxing in the beer garden.
