Moulton Primary School celebrate second year of Beanstalk sponsorship from Redrow
For the second year in a row Redrow is sponsoring a reading partner at the school near its Carey Fields development.
Volunteer Teresa Quigley has been trained by the children’s literacy charity Beanstalk and supports children at the school twice a week during term time.

Hide AdTeresa explained: “The children with who I work love having time where they get to choose which books they want to read or games they want to play.
“It’s a pleasure to see how much difference I can make.”
According to Beanstalk eleven per cent of children in Northamptonshire will leave school unable to read as well as their classmates. Beanstalk area relationship executive Jo Burns said: “Volunteers like Teresa are making a real impact - 93 per cent of children supported by Beanstalk reading helpers make meaningful improvement in their reading ability and our volunteers are at the heart of what we do and enable us to help many children across Northamptonshire. www.beanstalkcharity.org.uk/reading-helpers
