Man, 29, in court charged with causing injury to a three-year-old boy by dangerous driving

Alan Day, of no fixed abode, was yesterday remanded to appear in connection with an incident last Monday afternoon in which a three-year-old boy suffered head and facial injuries after he was in collision with a moped in Derwent Drive, Kings Heath.
