The Happy Day will be held on the Racecourse on June 2 from 10.30am to 3pm. Support services such as ADHD Matters and the Alzheimer’s Society will be present to give advice on various health issues.

The day will be filled with fun activities including exercise workshops, sports sessions, Zumba and Bhangra classes from Bhangrablaze . There will also be face painting, crafts and a number of other events for children to do for half term.

Councillor Anna King, cabinet member for Community Safety, said: “Northampton Borough Council’s Women’s Forum is pleased to be working alongside BMESRP and the Umbrella Fair for Happy Day. This should be a great event for half term with a variety of fun activities going on as well information and advice about healthy living and looking after yourself.”
