Fair in Northampton's Guildhall will showcase best products from St Giles Street

The best of the products and services on offer in St Giles Street in Northampton will be displayed in a fair at The Guildhall next month.

The St Giles Fair, organised by Northampton Borough Council, will include more than 25 businesses with items on offer including clothing, jewellery and homeware as well as artisan bread and fresh pastries.

Councillor Mary Markham, leader of Northampton Borough Council, said: “The St Giles Fair is an opportunity for the many excellent independent businesses and boutique shops in Northampton to promote their wares and give people a flavour of what they do.

“Many of the businesses taking part are from the St Giles Quarter and, with St Giles Street having recently won a Great British High Street award, it is a fantastic opportunity for shoppers to get a taste of what the street has to offer in the beautiful surroundings of The Guildhall.”

The St Giles Fair will be held at The Guildhall on Saturday, March 12 from 11am to 3pm. Entry is free.
