The extensive project off High Street, Upton, began in 2014 and will build 77 new apartments and bring a convenience store, retail units, a nursery and a cafe restaurant to the village.

Now, developers West & Marshall Architects are seeking permission to extend delivery hours to the site by two, which will use bays on High Street.

The new delivery hours would be between 6am and 11am, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays.

Nearby residents and businesses will be consulted. The consultation period ends February 15.
