Warning issued to 12-year-old boy on quad bike after reports of anti-social behaviour in Northampton

Officers issued a warning to a 12-year-old boy last Thursday (February 11) after residents complained of anti-social behaviour in the Hunsbury Meadows area of Northampton.

Police were informed that a quad bike was being ridden around Pineham Lock park near to Windlass Close and in an adjacent field used by dog walkers.

Officers were deployed to the area to investigate and carry out patrols where they found the 12-year-old boy riding the quad bike.

Police, after issuing a Section 59 warning, took the boy home where they spoke to him and his mother about safety.
