Two Northamptonshire teenagers were taken to hospital with stab wounds after a fight involving up to 10 people.

Police were called to Bath Lane, Kettering, at about 5pm on Wednesday after reports of a row between the group of men.

A spokesman later confirmed a 17-year-old and a 19-year-old were taken to nearby Kettering General Hospital with stab wounds following the incident but added their injuries were not life-threatening.

One eyewitness said the two victims ran to Kwik Fit in Stamford Road to ask for help.

Three police cars and an ambulance were spotted at the garage last night with lots of police activity in the area.

Police have issued an appeal for witnesses asking anyone who was in the Bath Road area at the time or may have information about the incident to call 101 using incident number 20000664447 — or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
