Two men were stabbed during a street fight in Corby on Sunday night.

Three men and a woman are all in custody after being arrested in connection with the incident at around 9.30pm in Mull Drive, Corby.

Detectives revealed the two victims were taken to hospital although their injuries are not thought to be life threatening or life changing.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said in a statement on Monday lunchtime: "Three men aged 22, 24 and 25 have all be arrested have all been arrested on suspicion of GBH with Intent in connection with the incident, along with a 22-year-old woman. They all remain in police custody at this time.

"Detectives are satisfied that this was an isolated incident and that there is no wider risk to members of the public.

"Police officers will be patrolling the area over the coming days to provide reassurance to local residents."

Officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed what happened or anyone who might have information about the incident to come forward by calling 101 using incident number 20000632363, or phone Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
