Two men arrested after drugs raids on homes in Northampton

'If it's not today and it wasn't yesterday, it might be tomorrow' - that's the warning from police to suspected drug dealers after more raids today in Northampton that resulted in two men being arrested.

Police smashed their way into two homes in the Kingsley area this morning.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs. Drugs, money and weapons were all seized.

Sgt Beth Curlett said the response from the community had been incredible. The raids today, she said, demonstrated that drug dealing would not be tolerated and that police would act on information supplied by the public.
