Second 'most wanted' man arrested following Police crackdown on domestic abuse in Northamptonshire

Officers warn public not to approach four still at large but call 101 with any information

Police hunting Northamptonshire's most wanted domestic abuse offenders have arrested a second man following media appeals.

Officers confirmed late on Wednesday that a 34-year-old man was in custody. That followed the arrest of a 29-year-old earlier in the week as part of a month-long campaign on domestic abuse.

Four men remain at large, however. Police have warned should not be approached by the public and anyone who sees them or knows of their whereabouts can call 101, quoting the reference numbers below. The four are:

Police launched a month-long campaign just before Christmas to coincide with an anticipated increase in incidents over the festive period.

The campaign aimed to encourage reporting incidents and signpost victims to help and support, while sending out a strong message to offenders that those responsible for high-harm domestic abuse, stalking and harassment will be hunted down.
