A broken window sparked a police call that uncovered a large cannabis factory in a Northampton neighbourhood over the weekend.
Northamptonshire Police were called to an address in The Headlands area of Northampton, near the junction with Whiteland Road, on Sunday January 11 after a report that a rear window had been broken, revealing a cannabis factory inside.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers responded to a report of a rear window being broken where a cannabis factory was found inside.
“There were approximately 33 fresh cannabis plants. No arrests have yet been made.”
The plants were seized and the factory has since been dismantled, say police.
