Police pursue and arrest suspect after a dentist practice was burgled in Northampton overnight

A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a burglary at a dentist practice in Northampton.

A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police said the commercial burglary took place in Kingsthorpe Grove at around 1am this morning (April 8). Police dog, Nala, tracked a man suspected to have been involved in the burglary.

A 44-year-old man was arrested and currently remains in police custody at this time, the spokesperson said.

A suspect was found hiding in Queen's Crescent, Kingsthorpe.
