Police hunting man who knocked on front door in Northampton and threatened violence

Police officers are looking for a man who knocked on a door in Northampton and threatened the occupant with violence.

The incident happened in Silverwell Close, Moulton between 3.30pm and 4pm yesterday (November 27).

The suspect, described as a white male, about 6ft, of a medium build, with small, narrow eyes, threatened violence to the occupant before he made off. Police were then called.

Northamptonshire Police has now released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to and is asking anyone who recognises the man to make contact with the force.

Officers are also appealing for anyone with Ring doorbell or dash cam footage in the area to review it and make contact if they notice anything suspicious.
