Police hunt mystery witness after driver attacked in random road rage incident in Northampton

Police are appealing for mystery witness to come forward following a random road rage incident in Northampton on Friday.
A driver stopped behind a queue of traffic in Kingsthorpe Grove at around 2pm but was then yelled out, grabbed and assaulted by another motorist who head been heading in the opposite direction.

Hide AdA Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: "The offender — who is described as white, of large build, with dark hair and a face piercing — left his silver car and began shouting at the driver and tried to pull him out of his car.
"Our officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident — in particular a member of the public who shouted at the offender.
"We would ask that member of the public or any other witnesses to call 101 using incident number 20000477090."
