Police cordon off Northampton underpass after woman assaulted
A woman was attacked in Northampton in the early hours of this morning.
Northamptonshire Police said the victim was assaulted in the underpass between London Road and Hardingstone.
They received a report of the crime at 11am and have since cordoned off the scene.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers are currently at the scene and investigation is underway to establish what has taken place.”
