Police car involved in accident in Northampton
A police car responding to an emergency was involved in a crash in Northampton this afternoon (Sunday).
The force vehicle was travelling on Towcester Road shortly after 2.15pm when it collided with another car.
No-one involved in the crash suffered any injuries.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police said: “The police vehicle was on a blue light run when it collided with another vehicle.
“Nobody suffered any injuries or was taken to hospital.”
